​MD Steel's Flat Top Tipper trailers are designed for exceptional versatility and durability, with a robust mono-beam chassis featuring a custom 150mm high plate webbing welded to RHS top and bottom, enhancing torsional strength. They include a 2150mm steel drawbar supported by a 5mm vertical steel and a 6m horizontal T-gusset, ensuring high load capacity and structural integrity. Powered by a 10-tonne, 4-stage single acting telescopic ram driven by a 12V 1.6kW hydraulic power pack, these lightweight yet sturdy trailers excel in demanding conditions and rough terrains, delivering reliable performance and efficiency for various heavy-duty applications.
